Why this call exists

Most leaders don't need a sales pitch. They need a straight answer.

The people who book this call usually arrive with the same knot in their stomach. Staff are using AI and nobody signed it off. A client has asked whether AI touches their file. An insurer's renewal form has a new question on it. Or the partners simply cannot agree on what to do.

Thirty minutes later they know three things: where they actually stand, what genuinely needs attention first, and whether we are the right people to help. Sometimes we are not, and we will tell you that too. It has happened, and those firms still send people our way.

What actually happens

The shape of the thirty minutes

01

You talk, we listen

Tell us about your firm, your people and what prompted the call. There are no silly answers here. "We don't really know what our staff are doing with AI" is the most common opening line we hear, and it is exactly the right place to start.

02

We tell you what we see

Based on what you share, we will give you an honest read on your exposure and your opportunities. In plain English, mapped to the rules your firm answers to. No scare tactics and no hype, just what we would want to hear in your position.

03

You get a straight recommendation

If a risk assessment, training or governance work would genuinely help, we will say so and explain what it involves. If your house is already in order, we will tell you that instead and you have lost nothing but half an hour.

Come as you are

What to bring with you

Nothing formal. This is a conversation, not an audit. That said, the call goes further if you can arrive with a rough sense of the following.

  • Who in your team already uses AI tools, officially or otherwise. A guess is fine.
  • Any questions clients, insurers or your regulator have asked you about AI.
  • Whatever policies you have today, even if that answer is "none". You would be in the majority.
  • The thing that worries you most. Say it out loud on the call and we will deal with it first.

Who you'll speak to

Darren Sharples

Every call is with Darren, the founder. A CPD accredited AI trainer with 25 years of senior leadership behind him and hands-on experience in risk management and regulation. He has sat on your side of the desk, which is why the call feels like talking to a colleague rather than being processed by a sales team.

He will not follow up with a drip campaign. If you say "not now", that is respected. The firms we work with come back when the time is right, and they come back because the first conversation was worth their time.

Half an hour. That's the whole ask.

Pick a slot, bring your questions, and leave knowing where you stand.
